P2 Strength of the Week: Love of Learning
What we are learning:
ELA
Last week students planned and drafted a revised scene from Peter Pan. This week students will revise and edit their revised scenes. We will take the mid-unit 1 assessment on Friday, which is revising another scene from Peter Pan. If students finish their revised scenes early, they will have an opportunity to do an arts-integrated activity representing their revised scene.
Vocabulary: possessives, verbs, verb tense, regular verb, irregular verb, dialogue, description, temporal, for effect
Math
Students will practice placing fractions on the number line this week. They will also practice drawing visual models that accurately represent fractions, partitioning into equal parts. Students will explore fractions over one whole and place them on the number line.

Science
This week we continue investigating force and motion. We will take a unit test this week.
